Venue & Event Details

  • Location: Food Court, Nexus Westend Mall, Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra.
  • Service Type: Dine-in Only. We do not offer online delivery, takeaway, or parcel service under any circumstances.
No Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings and ticket purchases are final. We maintain a strict No-Refund Policy.

  • No Refunds / No Exchanges: Refunds, cancellations, or date/slot transfers will not be provided after purchase under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
  • Non-Transferable: Tickets are valid only for the specific slot booked.

Time Slots & Arrival

To ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests, the Grand Sadhya is organized into specific time slots. Guests must arrive at their allocated time slot and be seated within 15 minutes of the slot commencement.

Entry Guidelines

  • Strict Slot Adherence: Entry to the dining hall in the Food Court is strictly allowed only during your pre-booked time slot.
  • Confirmation Proof: A valid ticket or booking confirmation (digital or printed) must be presented at the entry desk.
  • Late Arrivals: The organizer reserves the right to deny entry for late arrivals to prevent disruption to subsequent slots. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for denied entry due to lateness.

Event & Ticketing Policies

  • Food Category: The Grand Sadhya served is strictly 100% Vegetarian.
  • Children Policy: Children above 5 years of age require a separate, full-priced booking ticket.
  • Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain decorum during the event. Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave in case of inappropriate behavior.

Legal Clauses

  • Force Majeure: The organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, mall operational disruptions, or governmental regulations.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
